When can I expect my Age Co Personal Alarm to be delivered?

Orders received by 1pm, Monday – Friday, are shipped as next working day delivery to all postcodes in England and Wales. For those areas of the UK that Taking Care cannot deliver to within 24 hours, 48 hour delivery is offered instead. 

If you order the Classic Personal Alarm with the installation option, Taking Care will arrange a time and date for the installation. Your personal alarm will be posted to you as soon as possible so the equipment is ready to be installed on your chosen date.

Can I arrange a specific delivery time and date?

If you would like to arrange a specific delivery date then please call 0800 085 8032 to place your order or to change your order details. 

What if change my mind after ordering?

You can return your equipment free of charge within 30 days and Taking Care will refund the full cost of your order.

Taking Care make the returns process as easy as possible by supplying you with a freepost Royal Mail return collection bag.

How do I return my Age Co Personal Alarm?

Hopefully, you are happy with your Age Co Personal Alarm, however if you change your mind or want to return your order, simply send it back within 30 days and the cost will be refunded to you

Taking Care make the returns process as easy as possible by supplying you with a freepost Royal Mail return collection bag. Taking Care recommend you get proof of postage at the Post Office.

In the event that the order is not returned, Taking Care will be entitled to charge you a sum of £100.
