When can I expect my Age Co Personal Alarm to be delivered?

Orders received by 1pm, Monday – Friday, are shipped as next working day delivery to all postcodes in England and Wales. For those areas of the UK that Taking Care cannot deliver to within 24 hours, 48 hour delivery is offered instead. 

Can I arrange a specific delivery time and date?

If you would like to arrange a specific delivery date then please call 0800 085 8032 to place your order or to change your order details. Lines are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

What if change my mind after ordering?

You can return your equipment free of charge within 30 days and Taking Care will refund the full cost of your order.

Taking Care make the returns process as easy as possible by arranging for the equipment to be returned via an Evri ParcelShop or a courier collection service. 

What is included in the 30-day money back guarantee? 

If you return your personal alarm within 30 days of ordering, Taking Care will refund the full cost of your order, including both the set-up cost and subscription. Once Taking Care have received the returned personal alarm equipment, they will process your refund using your original payment method. There are no fees for the return or refund.

You can cancel your personal alarm subscription by calling Taking Care Customer Services on 0800 0121 321 or cancel online by clicking here. Lines are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

How do I return my Age Co Personal Alarm?

Hopefully, you are happy with your Age Co Personal Alarm, however if you change your mind or want to return your order, simply send it back within 30 days and the cost will be refunded to you

In the event that the order is not returned, Taking Care will be entitled to charge you a sum of £250.
