Age Co Personal Alarms Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

The Age Co Personal Alarms service and website is provided by PPP Taking Care Limited.

Taking Care is the trading name and brand of PPP Taking Care Limited. PPP Taking Care Limited ("PPP Taking Care”, "Taking Care", “us”, “our” and “we”) is part of the AXA Group of companies.

The following conditions apply to the Age Co Personal Alarms Refer a Friend offer from PPP Taking Care.

1. By participating in the promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2. One £20 M&S Gift Card will be issued to the existing customer making the referral and one £20 M&S Gift Card to the new referred customer who registers for a PPP Taking Care service.

3. No cash alternative will be offered and this promotion shall not be used in conjunction with any other offers or price tariffs.

4. Existing or previous customers of PPP Taking Care are not eligible to be referred and will not receive a £20 gift card if they cancel their agreement and re-apply to become a customer.

5. PPP Taking Care, AXA, Age Co and Age UK staff do not qualify for this promotion.

6. The £20 M&S Gift Cards will be issued after the 30-day cancellation period.

7. PPP Taking Care reserves the right to cancel any gift card should it discover or reasonably suspect that the terms of the offer are being abused and/or you were ineligible to participate.

8. Offer only valid in England, Wales and Scotland and excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scilly Isles.

9. We can change these terms and conditions or withdraw an offer at any time, with reasonable notice.

10. Any decisions made by PPP Taking Care in relation to this promotion, will be final.

11. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
