Age Co Personal Alarms Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions

The Age Co Personal Alarms service and website is provided by Taking Care.

Taking Care is the trading name and brand of Taking Care Personal Alarms Limited ("Taking Care", “us”, “our” and “we”).

The following conditions apply to the Age Co Personal Alarms Refer a Friend offer from Taking Care.

1. By participating in the promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2. A £20 refund will be issued to the existing customer making the referral once the new customer's 30-day cancellation off period has passed.

3. The new customer who registers for the Taking Care service will receive a £20 discount on their personal alarm set-up.

4. No cash alternative will be offered and this promotion shall not be used in conjunction with any other offers or price tariffs.

5. Existing or previous customers of Taking Care are not eligible to be referred and will not receive a £20 refund if they cancel their agreement and re-apply to become a customer.

6. Taking Care, Age Co and Age UK staff do not qualify for this promotion.
   

7. Taking Care reserves the right to cancel any gift card should it discover or reasonably suspect that the terms of the offer are being abused and/or you were ineligible to participate.

8. Offer only valid in England, Wales and Scotland and excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scilly Isles.

9. We can change these terms and conditions or withdraw an offer at any time.

10. Any decisions made by Taking Care in relation to this promotion, will be final.

11. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
