Age Co Personal Alarms include a free wellbeing call service, also known as ActiveAlert, that helps spot signs that something might not be right.
If Taking Care identify a potential concern, for example if the frequency, timing and nature of the alarm calls change, they will make a proactive wellbeing call to the alarm user's nominated contacts to check everything is OK. If Taking Care cannot speak with a contact, they will call the alarm user to check they are OK.
It’s a reassuring service included with the subscription at no extra cost. It helps family members and loved ones proactively manage health and independence by making them aware of the change so they can decide if further support is needed.
You can try an Age Co Personal Alarm in your own home for 30 days. If you're not satisfied or you change your mind for any reason, let Taking Care know you want to return your order and they will arrange for the equipment to be returned via an Evri ParcelShop or a courier collection service.
